Absolutely loved our stay in This resort . Clean and spacious room with all amenities . Service is really good . Proximity to Mahabodhi temple and other attraction in Gaya.

The hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel amenities were slightly lacking(for it being the off season) but the hotel staff made up for it with their hospitality. Overall, a very positive experience and will surely come back again.

Poor Stay
Food was not as per expectations. Staff and service was also not satisfactory. Asking for water bottles even became a task. Recreation and game zone should have remained open for long hours, however as per reception staff the closing time of game zone was informed as 8 pm. Room was shaby, bedsheets were used and not changed. Towels were also not fresh. Overall poor experience. Will never visit this resort again.

A serene property which lacks warmth
The property is clean and well maintained, however it's not well connected. There is no concierge desk. Food is decent, but hospitality lacks warmth. Lot of defence personnel are guests here, so they are given priority in service while other guests are ignored. One feels discriminated. Spa is not operational. I definitely feel that warmth in service is what is lacking here.

Poor facilities at mahabodhi resorts bodh gaya
familyThe property is located far from tourist areas of bodh gaya. The last mile of road is at best a mud road and full of pot holes. The rooms need renovation. Paint is peeling off and the carpet outside the rooms smells. The ac system in the room does not control very well since it is very old. The toilets have not been renovated for some time. The food menu and preparations are average. The breakfast spread is mediocre. The service at the redtaurant in the evenings is poor. The staff are not trained and are all new. I booked a car at the front desk and each day it arrived more than an hour late since the staff had not informed the car agency. This happens on two consecutive days. There are request power failures.

Worst property ever visited as there is no any parking there, they lot parking to marriages and ask guests to park 1 km away from the resort uncooperative staff and guard

1star rated hotel, extremely inhospitable for kids and family.
familyOne of the most pathetic 4 start hotels. I wonder why mm t is allowing such low quality of service hotels to be listed in first place and then allow to be sold as 4 star. Room services are pathetic. Unable to serve even tea on time and had to go in person to help desk to get it done. Gaya is a pilgrimage place and pitrapaksh is special occasion where every hotel in gaya provides al cart e with rock salt. I needed to argue for this simple thing at hotel. The locality of hotel is also so interior that it is almost risky to commute after sunset.

familyService was bad. No hand towel in the room. Seems bed sheet was re-used. Corridor was too dirty. Room service was not good

familyThe property is 3 to 4 kms from bodhgaya. The property is large and has all the facilities and features of a star hotel, but if you look carefully it is getting old and certain maintenance is required. The property is clean and has lodging facility for drivers for people coming with their own driver, the rooms are clean and good, certainly some maintenance is required. The balcony is inaccessible though present. The staff were courteous, the food was good but the breakfast spread was lacking, overall good for the price point.
