Reception girl was too rude to talk.Refused to give GST invoice voucher . There was no refreshment like tea /coffee bags. Receptionist replied not required to give these refreshment.Only kettle can be given .This means traveller has to bring these with them. Just a way to charge separately from traveller's in case refreshment are required. Dirty washroom ,lot of stains on floor. Walls painting dirty with finger prints. Pillow & bedsheets with stains,marks No towel none picking phones in early mornings..AcC walk remote buttons damage .Cannot change room temperature.Terrible cooling
