Review Of Mahamaya Hotel

Excellent hotel, very helpful and people friendly staff, mr. Amarender the manager is a jam of a man, he made our life very much comfortable. Value for money

In-spite of calling the hotel and intimating that we will not be able to check in before 6pm and making the full payment of the stay a month in advance, the hotel assigned our confirmed booking room to some other customer without any prior intimation to us. After much argument they allocated us a room at hotel mayamaya palace and conference center which way further than the hotel that we had booked. The only thing was that the hotel arranged a tuk-tuk to and fro that premises to mahabodhi temple. However that was not much helpful as we had to return multiple times to attend hh the dalai lama’s teachings in the mornings and later visit the mahabodhi temple after taking a short break in the hotel. Our purpose of staying at a hotel which was located near the mahabodhi temple, the kalachakra ground and the market place was not served. Disappointed with the business ethics of the concerned hotel. As we didn't stay at the booked hotel we are unable to comment with the amenities available at the hotel. We will refrain from booking at this hotel in the future.

Average room. Locating is good. Just next to the mahabodhi temple. However never got the so called hot water for bath. Always heard that the "motor" in the roof needs repair.

Have to search for it. Long way from entrance to the city ac not working. Fan regulator and tv not working

Wonderful journey I had. 😊 I recommend every person to visit the place.
