Hospitality was good and cleanliness of the toilet was up to the mark. Only one thing i felt bad was bed spring was completely worn out.

Location is convenient to airport. Staff is professional and courteous. Clean, well maintained. Powerful central AC. Very tasty authentic South Indian food. Room was well lit, linens were clean. Toiletries replaced as per usage without informing. Good budget hotel. Hope they keep up the standards. Will definitely reconsider staying there again.

It was great staying at this hotel. Excellent rooms, parking. Staff were very helpful. Very near to airport and fun mall. Found this hotel via makemytrip. Hope to go back to same hotel. Centralized air conditioning was working great. Bedding quality was great.

It's a great hotel for the price I paid. It is very close to the airport. Rooms are clean and good. Service is nice. Just that they charged more than double of water bottles. So try and avoid buying things from the hotel. Apart from that the rest of the things are amazing. Worth every penny. What was very good was the cleanliness of the room and look and feel.

Amazing stay and super comfortable. It was really convenient for us to reach the hotel. In room amenities could be improved. But overall it was a nice stay and comfortable. Food was also delicious.

Service provided by the hotel was very good. Only one and half kilometres away from airport. Pick up service was provided at extra cost. Very cooperative staff. All in all, experience was good.

I gave 4 rating because the flight was double rescheduled from bengaluru to coimbatore so i was forced to take a flight at 5am to reach coimbatore at 6am. I stayed at the airport till 9am in the meantime i tried to contact hotel manager but phone was not picked up, so i took a taxi and came to the hotel. The manager assured me to arrange one room but at 10am he told me to pay rs 2000 for early check-in since you booked the room online. Afterwards he said that ma'm wants to talk to you then she allowed me to go in the room only on the promise to check out at 10am on 12th. Yes the rest of the stay was uneventful and good

The hotel is good for short time stay. Room service was terrible as phone orders were not taken neither was responded back when called and number was busy. Internet did not work throughout the stay and tv service was unavailable for one whole day. For travelers spending less time in the hotel and more outside, it is okay for staying.

We enjoyed our stay at Mahi's Gateway, very near to Coimbatore Airport. The rooms are clean and equipped with all necessary luxurious items. The hotel staff was nice and cooperative Overall nice and safe stay at that hotel. Only one issue of drinking water, they only provide 1 liter of mineral water, I asked for more water/non-mineral bottle but they didn't provide me more water. Then I buy mineral water from a restaurant beside the hotel.
