It is located close to promenade beech and walking distance of many tourist points in pudicherry. It is a french haveli, located in a residential colony surrounded with major markets. Dont expect it on beech and having lavish open lawns etc. But haveli is cozy, lovely ambience and service is outstanding n very friendly. We could n joy puducherry because of guidance and facilities provided by hotel staff. Food is sumptuous and taste different. It was navratri during our stay, so missed tasting seafood recipies which is its usp. Breakfast options are lovely. N joyed our 2 days stay fully.

A beautiful Chettinad-French Heritage Home converted to a luxury stay by CGH Earth. Very well maintained. Valet Parking is available. This place gives a different kind of soothing vibes. Authentic and minimalist. The staff are warm and welcoming, they will describe you about the history and activities humbly. They are also very polite and helpful too. We stayed at maison perumal from 20 to 23 rd oct and the trip has been nothing short of excellent and the hotel experience played a major role in making this a memorial experience. The heritage building takes you straight back to days of old and a unique experience to city dwellers like us. S pl mention to the white rump-ed manias birds found within the hotel, brought a smile to our face sharing the space with these birds.

We really enjoyed the 2 days we spent at mason perumal. The staff was very kind, polite and caring. They noticed that it was my birthday and surprised us with a cake and decorated the bed. It was extremely special and we had a wonderful time.

It is located at the central of the french town and has got amazing food. Rooms are good and comfortable too. Went during the peak season so price was on a higher side but overall an amazing experience. Hospitality and food is worth it.

The room was so amazing. It was minimal but comforting. They upgraded our room upon request which was deluxe and it was spacious. The people there were very welcoming. Drank a filter coffee in their restaurant which was amazing. Moreover the morning breakfast was so nice.

The check in was smooth and hassle free. The crew was wonderful and welcomed us with sweet lime drink and jasmine garlands. The room is quite big with a large comfortable double bed and aesthetic interiors which retain the heritage feeling. The restaurant menu is limited but offers some of the best food in pondicherry. The hotel is child friendly and offers various activities to the guests. Special thanks to elby, jaison, kayat, malaswamy and the entire team of mason perumal for their warm hospitality.

Had an amazing experience with my husband and daughter here, such friendly and helpful staff that they make you feel at home and so comfortable. I will surely be coming back again. The size of the room and washroom is also good as it’s a heritage property the feel of the place is amazing, the food is so tasty. Kudos to the team of excellent chef. They have some amazing things to do while at property like the cooking lessons, rickshaw tour etc that you should experience while you stay here. I would like to thanks mr. Jason and everyone else at mas-ion perumal for making our vacation worth remembering and so so comfortable! m
