management was poor , there was leakage of water

We enjoyed our stay in this secure and quiet place. Staff was helpful and accommodated our requests, they also provided clear directions about how to reach and check in. The place was clean, facilities and services delivered what they promised.

Worst worst worst worst worst hotel to stay , never ever go to this hotel. Staffs are very rude. Person at Reception is very arrogant and rude. They are charging and asking to pay extra money at venue. At last I have leave without staying.

After reaching they ask for 499 extra to pay

The location of the hotel is very close to Indira Gandhi International Airport , easy accessible (approx.10 drive from airport), the nearest metro station is 5 min walking distance . The staff at the reception was very helpful and accommodative. The cleanliness in the room was excellent , Toilette was well maintained and very hygienic.

Room clean and comfortable. Location is great very close to airport and aerocity metro station. Good for a night stay after a long flight.
