The hotel is good but the service is not good, there has been a problem of hot water.

We had to cancel 6 bed twin-room option and go for a different accommodation in front of the hotel. Manager rudely said OK talk to MakeMyTrip, as he can't help as construction is going on nearby and cleanliness will be an issue for some time

The staff was very helping and friendly, overall a good place to stay for a few days.

It was like lodge not hotel, no restoration, tea coffee are available, good location, helping staff, as per price have to facilitate with more things like air conditioner, sleepers, medium screen television, complimentary tea and water bottles.
As per price, room is not ok, most of hotel room having air conditioner in this price, bathroom was not properly furnished, location is perfect and staff was helping. Need training of staff. This hotel is ok for one night stay.

Nice location for stay. Quiet place. Helping staff and good ambience. Value for money. This hotel was nearby taxi stand: 250 mts only. It was just an accommodation but if you ask they will provide you good food as well.

Jaw dropping location very close to the beautiful mountains. Service was OK. Rooms were decent but does not even have a basic heater to withstand under zero temperatures. Though heater is available for hot water but it doesn't heat up fast enough, so you would end up bathing in cold water to get out fast. So below average facilities. Only reason to go to this place would be for location but for sure there should be some other alternative place with decent facilities.

Parking is small. Location is good and roght on highway. Staff behaviour is good. No restaurant in hotel but staff will manage food requirements .. Quite big rooms but toilets are old and cleaniness in toilet is average

Location is good and value for money rooms. Facilities are not that Great. Must Visit place Auli, Valley of Flowers for hiking and scenic beauty and hemkund Sahib if you are a religious person. Beautiful Place

We paid 2000 for this hotel. The location is too good. Always opt for family suite. During off season it's not worth paying 2k. But room and location was too good. They do not have restaurant that is one negative point.

Everything was good about the hotel. The location, view and cleanliness and the service was also prompt. The ambience was also good, bathrooms were clean. If they have a restaurant it will add on to facilities of the hotel.

No service as only a service boy available during my stay. Even the tea served was cold and delayed. Had to remind them to send the tea. We were the only occupants yet, provided with a room in the lower floor. The request to change our room to the lobby floor was turned down on the pretext that they were already booked. Got far better deals for sub 1000/- tariff in other hotels.

Nice hotel. Near the mountain. Taxi stand is also nearby. View is very mesmerising. One thing which was missing that they should have some kind of food arrangements. Not best but Over all good experience.

Location is fantastic just on the main road and near the market, ropeway and the sacred places. Reasonably clean and spacious with all in-room facilities. The only minus is the non availability of a in house raestaurant and for everything from a cup of tea to food you have to walk out but not very far so it is OK.

The location of this hotel is good. The ambience outside the hotel is breathtaking. It rained the day we arrived so the view from our room was ultra beautiful. There was running hot water but the room was not that clean. The bathroom also wasn't tidy. The workers there were quite hospitable. There is also no provision of WiFi.

Good hotel at good location. Views from the room is good and rooms are clean but washroom is little tidy and locks of the door is not working. The staff of the hotels are kids and young people from the localites.

The location of the hotel is good, ambience out side is good, but the rooms were not maintained well, better the hot water was provided. The gycers were not working properly. Food was OK hospitality was good

Location is good and the room has balcony to view the mountains. Room was OK but bathroom was fully wet. Even after repeated requests bathrooms were not up to the mark. Staff was polite, however, they need some training to help the guests. Car parking is available in the hotel but due to untrained staff it is unmanageable.

Positive * Room was clean and spacious. * The staff was helpful and courteous. * Beautiful mountain view from the common terrace. Negative * No restaurant, so food has to be ordered from another restaurant. They do serve it in your room but ordering takes a lot of time. * The property is located on the busy and noisy street and limited parking space is available for few vehicles only.
