It was a nice stay right on the mall road & facing the valley 😊 Hotel staff working effectively to serve the Customers 👍

location and view from the property is excellent. amenities are good and staff is very supportive.food is not upto point.

The service was not good I asked for the housekeeping no response from the host food service is also bad

Pros: Location is good, service is excellent. Cons: food test is not good as well very costly. Rooms are old and need repairs floors are broken, doors side are broken.

Hotel condition is so bad, everything in the hotel has finished. Please dont go there. Everywhere is bad smell. Furniture is 50yrs old. There is no housekeeping service in the hotel. It’s like a jail.

Firstly make my trip is very easy to book from last 1 yr m using,,, Mall palace is very beautiful n perfectly situated at mid so we can have a beautiful view...

Average stay, service are not good , bath towel was provided after giving two reminder. Only thing is good with this hotel is good Mountain View
