The resort is well maintained, situated in a calm and serene place. Surrounded by plants and ferns. We booked the cottage and it was spacious. Room service was prompt and food was delicious. Ample car parking space available.

Me aand my family stayed 3 nights and it was awesome. Housekeeping, Restaurant guys, Reception everyone was helpful always with a smile. Rekha from house keeping whenever we call she was at service with a smile always. Good was awesome. Most delicious food we had.

The property is nice and the restaurant service was quite good. The staff is courteous and helpful. However, the place feels more like a high-end residential society than a resort — especially with kids playing downstairs, which takes away from the relaxed vacation vibe. Lots of potential but poor execution. Cleanliness was sub par in the room as broken glass pieces were found in the washroom which had to be requested to be cleaned. additionally, there was black mold growing on tile joints in the bath and bidet faucet. the intercom was not working which meant it was a getting hold of folks. the staff was helping to the extent they could but the general upkeep of the property could be a lot better.

Had a pleasant stay and the property is surrounded by Areca nut plantation and well maintained... surprising thing is we could able to enjoy Netflix, YouTube on smart tv.. not tried other apps... food is great with lot of options and amenities are up to international standards (USA)

Had to book Malnad Shire because we were in an uncalled for circumstance courtesy due Spice Jet Cancellation of flight. But it was at my utter surprise to see the top notch property of Malnad Shire and the top quality room, service and restaurants. Quite a stellar option for a staycation I must say.

Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites.But in toilet is poor and whatever we ask they need not send it's bad experience,

The location is very close the airport and easy access accross the city as well as nearby locations. However the property did not update that the pool will remain closed for a week and no compensation was made by the management against it. The food is also average and every time we went for the buffet the food used to be cold the induction used to be off. Overall the experience was average Malnad shire was disappointing. I had booked the property as he wanted a hotel stay with a big pool. However the property did not mention the pool will be closed and i was not informed during the booking. When we reached at the check in i was informed. I asked what would be the complimentary against that and the answer was No compensation or complimentary against it. The breakfast was average and everytime we went had to ask for fresh hot food. The induction stove was also switched off and had to ask to put it on. The taste of the food was also average. The good part is location is close to the city and the airport. The property is clean and spacious and rooms were lavish. I would rate it as an average stay after spending so much money there shouldn't have been a reason for complaints
