Excellent stay at the property sudha villa

The property location was excellent. The mountain view from the property was good. The food was good. The amenity provided in the villa was excellent. The villa was well maintained, clean, hygenic. There was no prpoer sign board by the ed-en hills owner to reach the sudha villa from main highway. The hosting of owner was good. The climate was excellent. We will recommend to stay at the villa.

Quiet stay away from the city

The property is located in the interiors and far away from any stores, markets or restaurants. There is no network in and around the property except for jio network. The place is good for a quiet stay away from city. The caretaker is helpful. Food arranged by the caretaker is reasonably good. Place is clean and well maintained. There are frequent power cuts. The property has an inverter but one has to be careful with consumption.

Poor Stay

If you want the true Malshej experience, stay at Saj or Blue Waters. Eden Hills complex is at a much lower level, so doesn't have the same weather or ambience. Sudha Villa was a bit of a disappointment, as the cleanliness levels were not up to mark. Dirty wash basins, pots and constantly wet seats, as the rain showers down through the open ceiling in the bathrooms. Neither of the bathrooms are en suite, and one has to step outdoors to visit the main bathroom in pouring rain ! ☹️ The roof over the sitout/verandah was leaking over the table and chairs. The only positive to our stay was the food provided by the caretaker. Excellent homestyle Chicken Curry, Chapatis and seasonal Vegetables !
