Review Of Mamata Guest House ( 60 Mtrs from Railway Station)

It was a horrible experience overall. The restaurant didn’t exist, and the room was infested with bedbugs. The bedsheets, covers, and blankets were filthy, and both the room and washroom were unclean. There was no staff at the reception at night, and the intercom and room service were non-functional. The television didn’t work, there was no place to hang clothes in the washroom, and even the drinking water provided was of very poor quality.

Rooms were not clean, it was smelling when we entered room, No mineral water

It was like one haunted house.bathroom was unclean.helper was asking for money for tea though I have carried my own luggage to my room.Water heater was busted while I switched it on.weird people are living there.

The room and food were good but the location is inside a lane and parking space is less. One issue basic toiletries were not provided considering the price being on the higher side 💖

Though the hotel is near the station, but it's location is not so good, situated in a lane. No arrangement of tea from the hotel in the morning at 7am. We don't experience food.

The road to entry to hotel is very dirty. Hotel stuff is not so good.

Though location is favorable near to railway station entrance is shoddy and stinky. Room is suffocating, dirty, infested with cockroach, dirty & perforated linens, dirty& cracked tea cups. No provision of pantry. Simply nightmarish.

Easy to find hotel near railway station. Lot of small cockroaches in the room. No dustbin inside the room. Support staff behaviour is very bad.

The stay is located close to the railway station, 1-2 min walk. Since we arrived quite late at night so this was a big relief for us. Stay was okayish. There were small bugs and tiny cockroaches. However staff were friendly. Didn't try the food.

Very convenient location, power back up facility, courteous staff, reasonable cleanliness, quick response at reception all would definitely satisfy a visitor to the guest house.
