Excellent and educated professional reception staff and service boy also humble, prompt food and other services good bedroom. But some problem in toilet standard require improvement in toilet quality severe pipe go through openly with toilet however overall facilty is good and satisfactory

Fabulous stay

Clean and hygienic rooms, daily housekeeping, food was great, service was also good. All the staff were great in their jobs with smiley faces. Location is also calm, far from hustle bustle of market. Mall road is also near 1 and half km. Definitely recommendable hotel. Excellent stay.

Best hotel in Manali at the affordable rate with luxurious facilities

I and my wife stay there for 1 night. We checked into hotel before the check-in time and room was provided to us without asking any questions. Hotel is having a good scene view with mountains covered with snow. Behavior of the hotel manager and other staff was very polite. Room was neat and tidy. Breakfast was delicious and food was yummy. I will suggest all other person also to check into this hotel when they will visit Manali. Also, will visit this hotel again when I will plan my next trip to Manali.

We got the mountain facing balcony in my room. Both the sunset and sun rise was awesome with white snow mountains. There's no obstacle between room and mountain view. Room was clean and almost all required basic things are available inside room except a bathtub (we don't want that). Food and staff were also good.
