Review Of Manas Resort with Petting Zoo

Too old infrastructure. Poor service quality. Telephones not working in room. Television only present for namesake, no channels working, not even a smart tv is available. Average food quality. Rotis and starters are served only when asked. Ice cream is not mentioned, only people who ask will get it other wise no ice cream although premium was charged when we select BF, lunch and dinner. Towels were not placed near the pool, again we had to ask for it. Found TWO LIZARDS in my “ROYAL VILLA” and it had to take care of them since it took forever for room service to arrive. Found BUGS and ANTs in room’s PRIVATE POOL THERE is an opening behind the swimming pool area which directly leads to a deep VALLEY, it is not protected and kids were approaching that area. SOAPs were so dry that they were of no use. Animals and petting zoo were good

Property location is at a distance of 60km from Nashik. You can easily reach by own vehicle. Location is good. Good for family with kids. Room quality is average. In hotel room they provide RO water. Mineral water bottles are chargeable, which I look strange for this big hotel. Food quality is average. Expensive hotel stay. Recommended for the families with kids having no value of Money.

it was a good stay, but because of the rain front yard was all muddy, and the front gate is very small

The stay was relaxing , but the rooms were disappointing for the price paid . Food was good bur the approach to the restaurant from the room was inconvenient. The slopes made are not user friendly for aged people .

Ambience -8/10, food 9/10, amenities 8/10, cleanliness - 9/10, petting zoo experience 1000/10, service within property 6/10 (can be better). Petting zoo staff handling pets and sharing knowledge- excellent.

Very old property washrooms also not Maintained. Rooms are also not well maintained. Food was average.Staff is not well trained.

Awesome property with beautiful views, great activities and good food. Fun to pet dogs, cows, goats, ducks, rabbits and variety of parrots. Swimming pool is nice Very helpful and understanding staff.

Overall experience was good . Food was average. Rooms and room service can be upgraded. They were not providing Water bottle and high tea even we have paid for all meal plan.

We had a pleasant stay at the Manas resort and Food quality was very good, rooms were good. Location wise we liked and also in the Pet zoo we found multiple animals and birds which was pleasant to observe and feed them under guidance of care takers. Overall memorable stay in the Nature

Manas resort is located right on the Mumbai Nashik highway with a scenic view. It is also easily reachable through SMM. Rooms are spacious. Food is tasty but expensive for its standard. The main attraction is of course the petting zoo. Well kept and managed resort.

Ambinance and smell was whole time service is terrible and in brush der was fungus lunch was said closed i have packge of 3meals det said dey vl provide snacs in stead of lucnh

Beautiful resort, within mountains having lovely view to nature. Petting zoo is a fun for kids, comfortable stay and rainy weather was great

Stayed at superior room which has nature view. Room is spacious enough with a good nature view but it lacks hygiene. Not properly maintained, walls color faded, paint and walll plaster peeled off. Hair lying in the room. Toiletries provided by the hotel except slipper , you need to ask for it. Food is average, nothing great in terms of options and taste. Overall okay experience.

stay was good but the food has become worst including dinner and lunch given as package . Need to upgrade their rooms also it was a bit smelly.

Food and room was not good

The room amenities were not working properly. Customer service did not pay heed to requests. Doors were not getting locked. Premium rooms : the adjacent living room is a common area which is not mentioned. Shown as photo with room booking. Privacy of family becomes an issue.

Pets are good but bad stay, bad service, food is average taste and expensive. no warm water, rooms not clean as such.

Food was terrible, it was completly stale, salty and very under seasoned and uncooked. Location was not maintained properly, the rooms were okay but intercom was not working, flies all around the room. The customer service was terrible too, no response from the reception or staff to help us.
