Review Of Mandakini Homestay

Its a fantastic experience to stay at Mandakini Homestay. I stayed with my family. It's located in residential area of varanasi city. Well connected by E- Rikshaw with temple and other places. Mr. Deepak , owner of this place is a helpful person. Also Vishal is keeper cum helper. Rooms were very clean. Bathroom wad very clean. Only drawback is for lunch and dinner you need to go to Hotel Hari vilas enclave. It's just a waking distance from this stay.

We were two people who planned to visit Varanasi, but my friend was not able to make it. Actually, I had missed my flight at the departure point, which was scheduled for around 11:40 pm. (The homestay owner, Mr. Deepak Ji, had already informed me that he had told the caretaker to receive me, but since I was running late, I couldn’t make it on time.) I then took another flight departing at 6:50 am and arrived in Varanasi at 8:00 am. I reached the homestay around 9:00 am. The caretaker was not there (he had gone for a bath), but this was absolutely not the fault of Mr. Deepak Ji. He guided me over the phone to find the keys and the room, which was very helpful. The next day, he even offered me a complimentary room upgrade with an attached washroom, which I really appreciated. Caretaker Vishal bhaiya is a nice person, but he is quite talkative😅. The homestay itself is good. Power backup is available. I faced just two small issues: 1.The Wi-Fi wasn’t working for a few hours. I informed Mr. Deepak Ji, and he immediately took action to restore it. 2.The washroom exhaust fan was not working. I told Vishal bhaiya(caretaker) about it, and he mentioned that he had already informed Mr. Deepak Ji regarding this issue. Overall, I’d give this place 4.5 stars, but I’ll round it up to 5 stars for Mr. Deepak Ji, as he is a very helpful person.

Good service and amenities, room is excellent neat and clean

Very beautiful and well maintained property with proper hygiene, we stayed here for 1 night, it was really great experience with a good affordable price. Mr. Deepak ji owner of the property gave us very good hospitality.

Property was quite_ in but faced no issue to reach there. Everyone was polite and friendly by nature. We hired scooty from mandakini homestay, which was good option if we had a toddler. I would like tore-commend friends to stay there.
