Review Of Manglam Resort & Restaurent

The stay was not good and worst food ever it was smelly and very bad in taste

We had travelled almost 700+ km in car and had pre booked the hotel as it was rated best in that area and was next to expressway 1- Nothing was pre-prepped in room. ( No towel no soap no rolls no water etc. ) when asked they said some Minister is coming so every staff is pre occupied. 2- No elevator in hotel. My parents have knee problems. I wish I knew this multi floor hotel had no elevator. 3- No AC in the restaurant. Eating hot food with no AC was an issue. The sizzler in had ordered came burned and every one in the restaurant could smell it and there was so much smoke when they bought it to my table and everyone were looking at our table. Was pretty embarrassing. 4- The next morning many staff people were drunk and no one in my family smokes or drinks. Very unpleasant odour. 5- When we arrived there were so many big bugs flying (literally 100s of them) all the way from outside to lobby/reception area and there was no AC in the hotel as well. Only in rooms that too not centralized. 6- Only reason I didn't rate terrible is one staff member apologized and very doing his best to make our stay for pleasant but most of the thinsg he said we're over or not available or given to minister people who have scheduled program next day.
