there should be a negative review button. very bad hotel. tiny rooms. i asked the front office staff for twin bed before booking through MMT. he said yes available. i booked through mmt in front of the hotel and when i asked for the twin bed room he denied. and gave me queen bed room. i was with my business colleague and we are sharing queen bed. the ac is not working at all. i have complaint the same no response. after repeated complaints one guy showed up just to say it will take time to cool the room and we can't do nothing. he set the. temperature to 16. fan on high with mode cool. after 12 hours also the room didn't cool a bit. when i said the same to reception he said i can't help it you have to stay in that room only. no change of room can be possible. arrogant behaviour. and there is a tiny parking space in the premises but only for restaurant customers. not for in house guest. in house guest should park on the road till 12 am. after the restaurant customers left they will call you to park your vehicle. at 12 midnight. no vallet parking. ridiculous. most worst hotel of entire india. a dharmasala is much better.

Excellent Stay
Very nice stay, rooms were clean and the food was awesome, chicken pakoda is a must try. The complimentary breakfast was also very good and values the additional cost paid. Staff were good and polite.

in my last two stay I feel I shouldn't check in

O would like to bring to your notice that Hotel Facade is good but the Rooms are in bad shape especially the AC was not working at all thank god it rained at night and the weather changed otherwise the room was too hot. AC problem was in both the room and i called for breakfast in the morning especially instructed then to baje the paranthas properly but the it was undercooked and then they changed the same and sent the next one which was cooked better then the earlier one. Wash basin outlet was leaking and the whole bathroom was filled with that water and Hand Towels had black stains. Rear I won’t recommend the hotel only because it’s close to station.

Ac was not working at 1 St Floor . after complaining at 10 pm they change our room. our feedback is very poor and not recommended to anyone
