Location was very beautiful and peaceful it is nearby Mall road. Staff was very supportive and respectful. Food was amazing.

Clean and homely stay. Food was fresh . The staff helpful and responsive. Location is near to mall road. Overall a pleasant experience.

Rooms are not upto the level. Hotel is close to the Mall Road but not easily assessible. Dining area is not good. Food is average.

worst experience I ever had. Stinky Room full of cockroaches,super uncomfortable mattresses, and tasteless food.

The overall experience was approx 4.5%. The best thing was the behaviour of the staff viz Manish and Rahul. The price could have been a bit low approx 2800 for luxury room. Rest Overall I would recommend people to everyone

Location of the property was amazing. Food was also delicious. Staff is very supportive and service was very nice. I highly recommend to stay in mango tree. Staff had given guidance about local sightseeing and also given help in getting taxi for local sightseeing.

Rooms are clean, staff is courteous and prompt. Food is great not too heavy not too honely. Perfeftly balanced

It was quite relaxing and pleasant. The best part was staff service and out of the way help to return my lost luggage in the room. I will recommend highly to all the visitors who want to stay near to Mall Road and want to start their morning with magnificent view of Shivalik range

Bathroom not up to the mark, located at the backside of mall road with restricted access to the road for parking. No Buffet system and Breakfast can be had what is available in their kitchen with only one option of breakfast.

My stay at Mangotree was wonderful. I contacted the manager of the property before leaving from Delhi. He was helpful to share the exact location and helped me with the parking as well. The hospitality of the hotel staff was really good. They even allowed me to get the food delivered at the property from outside. The classic thing about the hotel was its location amongst others at the camel back road. I would everytime prefer this over others. Keep up with good work Hotel Mangotree. Looking forward to staying there again.

amazing location and view are

Property is good but there is a lack of amenities as shown at the time of booking. Tv was not there, light not working, water bottle not provided all 3 days, no cleaning, no tissue paper, most important phone was not in all rooms. Only 3-4 persons looking all property. No person and phone at dining hall area. How someone call for anything required. Service is big issue there. Although when i talk them then they rectified the things but it should be noticed by hotel person's before arrival of guest properly and make them sure that there is no issue.
