No security guard, no hospitality

The stay was quite disappointing overall. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and blanket was really old and surprisingly, there was no air conditioning despite the hotel being rated 3 stars. Although it was listed as a resort, in reality, it’s just an ordinary hotel and doesn’t offer good value for money. The 4-star hotel right next to it actually charges less The only positive aspect was the food ,it tasted good, though the variety was limited. Other issues included frequent power outages(even the lift get stuck), extremely slow Wi-Fi (even WhatsApp struggled to load), and noise from nearby rooms and floors, which raised privacy concerns. Overall, not a great experience. Needs significant improvement to match its advertised standards.

We stayed few hours only,still stay was good and the location is very calm, peaceful.Located near to Lulu mall,so we can do the shopping

The check in was smooth. Friendly staffs. Location is perfect. Just opposite Lulu mall. Room was clean and very affordable.

No one other than the receptionist is available to assist. We have to carry our luggage from the ground floor to the second floor on our own.
