Excellent Stay
This hotel location near by palace and market area. Car parking was concern, but they managed in front of their hotel. Rooms are clean and hygiene side of the rooms small, considering the budget we have to accept. Lot of restaurants near by. Overall budget friendly hotel, very good for middle class family.

Locqtiowise, this hotel was good. But there was no adequate parking, hotel bedsheets were getting smell.overall, it is ok to stay for a night.

Very nice experience. Staffs are very good. Neat and clean room and toilet. Couple and family friendly rooms. Nearby Mysore place , Zoo , and railway station.

Overall decent experience for staying with family
Pros of the property - good location (5 mins walkable distance to bus station and mysore palace, north indian food restaurant just opposite to the hotel, clean rooms and washrooms (nice washbasin, plastic pouch with toothbrush kit, clean pillows and bedsheet. Areas of improvement - non ac rooms are slightly overpriced for the room size. If someone wants to book a cab taxi to ooty, can get it at cheaper rates

Average Stay
The rooms and toilet were clean, without any foul smell. Bedsheets washed, toilet sanitized. There is a 24 x 7 hot water supply for the bath. Filtered drinking water is available. A comb, a medimix soap and clik shampoo was given. On demand bath towels, dinner plates are also available. The hotel is at a prime location with mysore palace within walkable distance. Parking space will be provided but needs juggling between multiple tight spots as it is a busy street. Television with limited channels is available. The bed and pillow are comfortable, but not queen size. It's a bit smaller and space is enough for a couple and can't sleep comfortably with a baby. Coming to the negatives, the toilet faucet needs fixing. It has a very low powered water jet and sprays in all directions. There is literally no cupboard, which was a huge let down. There is a very good lift, but the doors are faulty and closed in on me twice, hit me and opened again. There is no door mat, which makes the room quite messy easily(bath mat is provided. No images
