Tribble experience
Tribble experience ever had. Feels like we took the quarter room. No balcony access. Beds are not good. Dude take another option instead of this.

You booked Super Deluxe Suite which is 225 sft with small balcony which is not small room in Noida we have one of the big and best rooms you just saw Family Suite which price is Rs.1000 more and very very big in size with big balcony and living area but you need that room without any extra pay, you expect free upgrade and free services like free meals without paying anything how it's possible coming with wrong intentions and don't want to provide registration details is not good thing.

Green treees everywhere. Clean, quiet, luxury, tasty food great value for money. Very good experience, best one to stay.

Poor Stay
Daily 1 bottle of water allowed and we stayed 17, 18, 19 and 20 checkout, charged us additional 4 bottles of water? and we can't wash mouth as the water was too dirty.

We provide 1 liter mineral water bottle a day complimentary we never mentioned anywhere it's unlimited mineral water and no one provide unlimited mineral water bottles, you can use RO water it's completely free which we provided free of cost and second thing you complained tap water issue on first day then I immediately changed your room after that you never complained anything, some operational issues will happen unexpectedly which we sorted out immediately.
Good Stay
The property was well maintained, cleaned, had basic amenities, few things were missing and were not up to the mark like ac was good but that much. Slippers were not provided i don't know if that was covered in the stay. All together the experience was good.

Average Stay
They didn't provide the welcome kit, ac was not working properly. And also after knowing that there are 2 guest but still they provided with one towel.

We only provide toiletries like Soaps, Shampoo, Hair Oil and complementary mineral water we never mentioned any welcome kit in our festivities and I didn't get this welcome kit means and about towel you can ask anytime our staff ready to provide. About ac till your booking nobody used ac because of winter and when you mentioned we immediately repaired it and now it's working very well. I personally attended you and assured you additional discount for your next booking for your inconvenience with ac because that day we totally sold out with marriage group for 6 days that's why we don't have any other alternative to provide other room anyway sorry for the inconvenience now everything is working fine we looking forward to welcoming soon.

Homely atmosphere
Garden view, big rooms, good food value for money, main gate closes at 11. 45 pm but opens when you rings them that's only issue otherwise value for money

Overall a good place
The rooms are very big and bathrooms are very spacious. Overall food the price it was a good stay. Some small maintenance required here and there! but shouldn't bother anyone.
