Great budget stay with all facilities, they also arrange cabs for your travel. Food, drinks everything available within the hotel compound.

Overall was a good experience, food is great and at a reasonable cost and the staff is polite and courteous. A few cons: complained about the exhaust not working which was not addressed despite a reminder and there is no complimentary water bottles which I have seen as a norm everywhere I have been till date

Sir being a budget hotel any technician or a wireman need some time to visit to the hotel aleast 1-2 day to fix up the minor problem. We do provide 1 complimentary water bottle in every room, you must have also received it. Thank you.
Good Stay
The hotel room is neat and clean. The ambience was really good. Would recommend to all my friends to stay in this hotel if they want to stay near nasik airport. Hotel is very near to the nasik international airport.

Average Stay
Food is good. But they charge on every single thing. Even for boiling water for my 13months old they charged 40rs which was not expected.

The behaviours of staffs are very wonderful and respectful. Service is great. Near to highway so commute is too easy. Amenities are good.

Satisfactory stay
It was a smooth and hassle free experience with my family. The ambiance is photogenic & the staff is soo cooperative with service & things that are being asked for. Had a word with owner also he’s very friendly & supportive. Hotel also arranged me a airport drop facility at 7 am. Hotel too have their printed kits which is very rare to see from budget hotels. The rates marks the satisfaction to the stay & quality of rooms & service they provide.

Excellent Stay
The stay at Manoranjan Enclave was pleasant and satisfying, the staff was well mannered. I did the late check in around 2 am, they have 24hr check in facility, seems to be a nice gesture from a budget hotel. The room booked was neat and clean and appropriate as shown in the image. Would love to stay with this hotel in future also.

Still lot to improve as it's new. Should add breakfast in complimentary and also water bottle as we had to pay for water.

Good Stay
Property is good. Room is small but very neat and clean. Staff was good and polite, location is excellent if you would like to stay outside city or near highway or near airport.

Value for money
Excellent location and a clean property. The rooms are appropriate in terms of size and tidiness. The staff was polite helpful and best part is honest. Just go for this property.

Terrible Stay
- unprofessional staffs, they need proper trainings. - dirty beds with hairs in bed and pillows. - dirty comforter without cover. - too much disturbance of doors closing sound by others at late around night 1-2. - staffs are keep knocking door without calling or without any reasons at night and in early morning. - services are not worth for Hotel.

Extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused during your stay. Even though you were facing problems you didn’t ask any help from the staff member. I accept there would be service lag due to high occupancy rate. I have checked with the staff, the time you asked to change the bed sheet the bed sheet & pillow covers was changed immediately. Everything used is washed and cleaned regularly and before allotment of the room the room is been checked by the me Kunal Gupta (owner. Every room have stoppers to maintain the privacy of the guests & we can’t ask the guests to stay in the room only, it’s upto the guests when to come out & in of the room. The staff don’t knock the door unless there is any order for the guest, & if the staff is knocking and calling you it would be regarding providing you toiletries & extra towel. Being a budget hotel we provide and do commitments according to the things we provide, if your expectations are beyond that we are extremely sorry you choose the wrong hotel for your stay.

Very near to airport.
familyThis hotel is very near to airport. We reached in less than 10 mins. Its newly built. Seems we are the first visitor for the room. So little hiccups but staff is friendly. Owner was there and took care of things. No places to visit near by or restaurants. The hotel it self has a bar and restaurant. I was told there are planning to have family restaurant on 4 floor of hotel. Food was delivered to our room and taste is awesome. Overall good place to hop on air traveler. Hotel helped me getting a cab to airport as it was early morning.
