not proper room ready before check in. so many things like towel and all imp stuffs not available in room very poor service by hotel stiff. not proper road to visit property. so many things showen at the time of booking not available hotel stiff( we not put this item in our room list /facility) very bad experience

Very disappointing stay. Poor breakfast, rude security, and an impolite reception manager. They kept forcing us to check out early due to a wedding event. Clearly, they only care about big bookings, not regular guests. Not worth the money.

It is safe to say that our stay was highly disappointing. We found bed bugs all over the bed and pillows, there was also a rat in our room and the bathrooms had an unusual, unpleasant smell. This clearly shows the bad management and lack of basic hygiene. Do better.

The property is new, so cleanliness is good, but there were cockroaches and lizards in the room. It has an in-house pure veg kitchen with a very limited menu, and even from that, many items were unavailable. The resort is around 13.5 km from the main town, so if you rely on taxis or autos, it’s quite difficult, you might get one at double the price if you’re lucky. The location is completely out of town with nothing nearby, you need to travel at least 7–8 km for anything. The pool shown in pictures is actually a small 2-ft-deep fountain, not a real swimming pool. Though it’s called a club & resort, it doesn’t give that vibe, more like a normal hotel stay with some photogenic spots.

Excellent location

This place is not meant for a stay in Ujjain. Mostly used for marriage and other functions. The individual guests are not much entertained. Even the rooms were unclean due to long non-use. Situated on a deserted highway

stay was ok, they need to work on Food. very limited options for Breakfast Buffet as well as their restaurant menu too. Moreover the staff doesn't listen to requests as an example we asked for non-spicy food however we were served with High spicy

Nice hotel but the approach road is in pathetic condition. rooms are big and spacious. realised that it's a new property so the work is still going on.

Property is huge but ill-maintened. dusty room, torn bedsheets, poor service and management even they don't have proper team for housekeeping
