The hotel is near the raghunath temple. The staff members are courteous. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Room service is prompt. As of covid19 safety measures, they could increase the strictness in wearing masks and social distancing norms. Markets are a walking distance from the hotel.
The staff members are polite and very cooperating, but they could ensure better safety of everyone if they were a little bit stricter with making sure that everyone has their masks on when moving around in lobbies and bringing in food to the rooms.

Nice hotel for stay. Great experience they will also arrange vehicle for further departure. Room **** clean. Led tv is 32 inch. Nice bathroom with gezer and bathroom toliteries. I suggest to stay there for visiting in Jammu

We reached hotel at 1 pm but room was not ready hence waited approx 20 min then went to room. All basic facilities available except kettle and tea coffee schache

Hotel was good but when we tried to book again the hotel person blocked all the rooms so we need to book that hotel offline and we paid more amount offline than from app. Which is not good
