It was really difficult to find the hotel, and no room service is provided at night. But, throughout the day time, every service was impressive.

The hotel has good location in between the mall road but the hotel interior and rooms are average. Room service n food taste is good.

Staff is co-operative but overall experience is not good. Like when we asked for our preference for good view room which was already discussed over call twice & got positive response that sir we are keeping. Post reaching hotel, person sitting at reception asking us to change the hotel. Hot water not coming in the morning. Took 2 hours to resolve the issue. No phn in the room to call service guy. When asked for extra paydan out of bathroom, response came that management not providing. But things which are available at hotel, provided promptly, it shows that staff was co-operative.

Overpriced spoiled vacation stay

1. Hotel has no parking. 2. Hotel is at a very steep walk. 3. Mall road is 500 meters walking. 4. Hotel service is poor. 5. Food is pathetic and uneatable. 6. Stayed for 3 days and no one cleaned room in 3 days even after requesting. 7. Ordered food 3 times and ordered tea 4 times and returned the order as it is. 8. There were hair strands in food. 9. Room geyser was not working and they control it from reception. 10. The view from the room was nice. 11. The service was poor and had to walk down the stairs from 2nd floor to call someone for room service. 12. There is no phone in room to call room service. 13. Too much overpriced and completely dissatisfied.
