At hotel when we reached for check in owner said I have not received any confirmation From company side he said I use to take booking only from Goibibo not from Make My Trip. He dinied us to check in then I called customer care after the conversation of 30 minutes he allow us check in. Means we faced harassed check in process. This was the the issue of first day. And again I booked the same room via Make My Trip. I thought the last issue cleared by company with owner but again when I reached at hotel to check in owner said I have not received any confirmation from company side and I will not validate booking from Make My Trip only booing is valid via Goibibo. So again I called customer care they hold my call for 20 minutes. It's so harassing after that they talked with owner now owner allow me to check in but after 1 hour one new twist come in story I got call from service desk of hotel he said still I have not received any confirmation from Goibibo so you have to pay me payment for your stay. Then again I called Make My Trip helpline then again he hold my call for 20 minute then I talked with your csa he resolve my issue and send confirmation letter to owner then my issue resolved. Otherwise hotel service is OK after check in. You have to just resolve owner issue so my opinion is just sent your business associate to meet owner and clear all doubt of owner regarding Make My Trip.
All good but only problem faced that owner do not get any confirmation from company and owner said he use to take booking only from Goibibo not from Make My Trip. Do please clear this point.
