This is the 3rd time i've stayed in this place and i've been very happy with the place and the service each time. The rooms are really nice and clean very comfortable bed and the atmosphere is also very peaceful and very well behaved staff. I'll definitely visit again.

Stay was excellent and the staffs were cooperative. Rooms were neat and clean. Housekeeping service was also good. Nice view of city from balcony.

I had a very pleasant stay, staff is nice room was clean and the area is very peaceful and very close to main road. This is the 2nd time i've stayed at this place and i'll definitely visit again.

i recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely homestay, and it truly felt like a home away from home! the hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure i was comfortable and had everything i needed. the room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could ask for. i also enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the chance to connect with nature. overall, i had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a relaxing, warm, and authentic experience. i’ll definitely be back😇

Slow ac cooling diminishes otherwise pleasant stay

Everything was fine, but the cooling of the ac in the rooms was slow. Despite setting it to a lower temperature, it took longer than expected to cool down the space. This was a bit uncomfortable, especially during the hotter parts of the day. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, but the slow cooling made it less enjoyable. The ac units seemed to need maintenance or upgrading to provide quicker and more effective cooling. A faster cooling system would significantly improve the overall experience and comfort of the stay.

The most important thing for me when i stay at hotels is the cleanliness and The maple home stay didn’t disappoint me in any way….had the most comfortable and seamless stay there with absolutely wonderful staff and service. Really look forward to stay there again.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

very nice environment. The caretaker is very polite and helpful. no electricity problem, no water Problem. Best in Guwahati to stay for singles,couples, family. budget friendly. 1-2 minute walkable distance to the Zoo Road.

The property is new, well-maintained, and very clean. It provided a quality, premium experience. All basic amenities were available. The staff was polite and well-behaved. Complimentary 1. 5-liter mineral water bottles, tea, coffee, and breakfast were provided. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. Free wifi was available with good speed, and the ac worked perfectly. Clean towels were also provided. The location was great, just a few blocks away from the main road. Additionally, the photos in the reviews may not fully capture how well the property looks in person. The only shortcoming was that the bedsheets might not have been washed or cleaned after the previous guest. They weren't dirty, but they weren't as immaculate as the rest of the property.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean and hygienic. It was 10 minute walking distance from zoo and overall a very comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again when i visit guwahati.
