Food timing is not followed. Door was not locked due to issue in card reader. Ac water flooded our room. Rest room was horrible condition and water colour was stained.

It was average stay at this hotel. There is no hot water from the tap and no lift. It was difficult to go to 2nd floor up and down. Staff asked us to use their service lift crossing the kitchen. Sometimes, it worked not always. AC in the room could not be controlled properly by remote. Food in the hotel was ok. The hotel is situated near the Vadapalani temple and near the metro station.

I had booked 2 suite rooms and the hotel refused to provide the same and gave us the worst room My experience in this hotel was the worst ever. Rude staff behaviour. Unclean rooms, dirty towels, dirty disgusting experience. Unfortunately I am not able to give a zero star rating. Please do a favour to yourself by not staying in this hotel.

Property location- Great! Also, the only good thing about this hotel for price of ₹2.7k. Corridors- stinking like loo Amenities - 1. attached washroom was dirty 2. Bedsheets were dirty 3. Towel provided was dirty 4. Bed head was smelling of closed moisture. 5. Air conditioner was constantly noisy We didn’t have food there, but other services overall were highly disappointing. Overall a terrible experience.

Also in the corridor area full of used alcohol bottles in the open view for everyone. Room also not clean properly. Cockroach available inside the room. Bathroom water comes out fully black.

cleanliness is poor. floors are sticky. bathroom size is so small. door locking system not working properly. handwash is not given. fan bearing sound is heard. no medium speed to fan.

Room was not so much good as seen in photos. In rooms cockroach was roaming.AC was terrible bcz whole night water was coming out of it and Towel which was provided not also cleaned and torn one.pilow cover were also not cleaned.Bathroom shower not working.whole night fan was marking noise. very very poor rooms are in hotels. Never ever will visit this hotel again.

It is a very old hotel. Compared to the price charged the rooms were pathetic. Bathroom was pathetic furnishings and upholstrey pathetic i felt i was staying in a lodge food was average only thing good was the staff. Very courteous

Externally property is good. But room condition is very poor. No hot water facility. Had to take cold water bath early morning. Bed and sheets were dirty. Overall rooms and toilet has to be refurnished with new interiors. No intercom in the rooms.
