Room is comfortable. Bathroom is very good. Facilities are good.

The service was good. The staff was friendly however they could be more proactive and pay attention to detail. All was provided when asked for. The breakfast however was quite appalling and insufficient by any standards.

Hotel is good in terms of value for money. Not many eateries nearby though. Friendly staff but bathrooms could be a bit clean. Hot water was a problem as geyser was old and hence water was rusted brown in color.

We stayed 18 days in this hotel. Excellent place to stay in South Kolkata. Hotel staff is very helpful. Locality around the hotel is very safe and clean. Accommodation is very clean and hygienic. Will prefer to stay here again on my next visit to Kolkata.

Hotel is neat and clean. It is located in a quiet place. Near to metro station. There is one interesting cafe- Baithak near by.

This is ideal place to stay peacefully. Cleaning of rooms should be done early in the morning by 0700 hours instead of cleaning at 1200 hours.

We have enjoyed our stay there. Cleaning of rooms should be done by 07.00 hours so that occupant can move out without waiting for safai karmachari.

The photos were very different than actual. Breakfast was just a toast and tea, no option for vegetarian at al. The blankets were stinking and had a foul smell. had to ask for fresh bedsheets. no lake view as mentioned on pictures. Warmth is missing, asked for 1 hour late check-out as our flight is delayed was told about charges and wasn't hospitable. The bedsheets were stained and the pillows had a smell. Couldn't sleep due to this. Breakfast was a disappointment. I have to order again to eat something. Asked for extra cup of tea as the tea was full of sugar, i was informed about the charges.
