The property has good infrastructure and the utilization of carpet area is done thoughtfully. However, that’s where the appreciation ends. We had booked the Marigold villa by Soul Stay but after reaching location got to know that Marigold villa was not in proper functional state , and despite asking multiple times, we weren’t even allowed to see the villa we paid for and had to stay at another villa named Bougainville by Soul Stay which was cheaper in cost as compared to what we had booked. There was no prior notification regarding this beforehand. Fan speed and AC were both problematic, and water supply was erratic — cutting off exactly when needed most. No complementary benefits were provided, and support staff was missing when required. We had to self-manage several things that should’ve been taken care of. Overall, the stay was just good, not great — a lot of polishing needed if the goal is to offer a premium experience.

This stay is at hill top right in front of Harnai Beach. It offers an uninterrupted view of the beach and sea from the villa and pool area. Villa is very well maintained and service is also very good even though the network is very poor there. Cons :- Pool is smaller than the usual pools.

The views are best, food options can get better, the caretaker of the property is helpful, location is also perfect

Excellent location. Well maintained, well furnished property. Only thing they need to improve is approach road to property and in property food services.

The property location was really very good, but the approach road was in very bad condition. You'll have to go in the car only and the car tyre may get damaged on such a road. The food quality was definitely not as expected. They have very hardworking staff but very less in number and hence all the service requirements cannot be catered with less number of staff members. The service staff really helped us and were very helpful.

Location is excellent, sea view is wow, ambience is superb, food was good but limited options available, service/house keeping is good.

Expenditure towards tourist vs stay costing of the bungalow matches. Food arrangement should be improved.

Location is excellent with one of the best views i have seen. The pool is quite nice. Phone signal is little weak. It is in a nice locality. Would definetly recommend to everyone especially groups of 6.
