Bed is filthy, not at all clean , so many stains and giving off pungent smell

No proper response from the receptionist for a problem. No proper bathroom maintenance at all

It is not safe for family or couples so be careful and ask them to give our money back they use to refuse it by saying some bad words so please think before going and it's not a suitable place for families they have the oyo service so families think before going there

this was the worst experience I had . I am surprised how is giving such type of rooms for selection. I had booked a executive room for my self and the room i received was very small. and surprisingly all the rooms are of same size. And it is not at all suitable for family. It is an hotel for couples. the beds are in very bad condition and the hotel person is not able to answer for any questions. I also planned for extension of my stay but with this experience I will never book any hotels from app ever again.

Heater is not working. A/c is not working. Room full mosquitoes. There is no maintenance

Rate is always higer side. Lift is not working. Am usually stay in this hotel. I didn't see lift worked. So why they charged so much rate. No heater in the room. Room service is not good. They didn't clean the room during my stay

Maintenance is very terrible and service is worst better not to book any room. Bed sheets are so dirty with blood stains and management did not change it even if i asked.

For this rent room price is too much high

Red alert: worst hotel experience in my life. Booked a room with full payment for my family guests and hotel confirmed the booking. While my guests were about to check in, they were denied room at last moment, as they have booked rooms offline. Moreover the front desk manager at night was abusive and rude to me and my guests and dared us to complaint to mmt. Strongly suggest mm t to duelist these unprofessional hotels

This hotel is for lodging only (OYO hotels. The room didn't have a wardrobe. The screen of the tv was half blurred. The distance from airport (2km) which it advertises is totally false. It is not less than six to seven km. The bathroom is also not appealing at the first look.

Romm is at 3rd floor. Lift not working no hot water in bathroom. Bad service not even soap and shampoo provide

I booked 2 rooms and both were clean. Value for money. Only one issue is the lift was not working and our room was in the 3rd floor.

They. Not provide basic things. Ac not cooling properly even water bottle also do not provide. Not good and worth for coat.

Excellent service. Front desk is vigil and responded immediately to any queries that we had. Place is close to many restaurants and shops which make it ideal suited for our family.

Clean and pieceful environment

Hotel is close to the tambaram main road but the rooms are average. Bedsheets are not so clean and the room has an odd smell as if no one has been there for many days. It had many mosquitoes as well. There is a man available for carrying the luggage but not upto the mark. We had to carry some of the luggage ourselves. They don't even provide drinking water. No soap in the bathrooms. Overall an okayish hotel.
