The area of hotel was very poor , there was no food facilities at all . outside hygiene and inside hygiene was not good

no soap, shampoo, drinking water not available............... ........................................

Vary good service. Management was very good. Stuff behavior was very good. Comfortable for stay.

No water, no toiletaries, torn bedsheet, no proper regulator of fan, not a good area, not a proper display of hotel name etc.

Not at all good place to stay thr, worst place i have ever seen and area also very cheap and we felt dangerous to stay thr

No tv no lift no service no resturant

No water & hot water for bath in the morning. Lodge is above restaurant, so full of kitchen smell whole night.

They hotel room was good but remotes were not working (of both ac & tv. There was no bathroom kit. The staff was not polite. There was no supply of cold water.

Room are dirty washroom are dirty. Bedding is ugly

Location of the property is very bad and strong bad smell coming through out the day and night. They didn't even paint rooms properly.

Hotel marvey location is far away from the station of kandivali and Location is not good for families and Business man so I will not suggest this Hotel as per Location

Hotel is situated in the unhygienic area. It is extremely crowded slum muslim area. As far is hotel is concerned - not good to stay, no proper ventilation, unsafe and untidy. Hotel staf is relatively good but generally they book hotels on hourly basis if you have not checked in or late check in. And they are ok with it. Interiors are very inferior and not worth booking it even it is available at 500 bucks.

Stay was good, hotel location is not good, service was below average. Air-conditioning was poor.

the place, the surrounding, the hygine, the service, the cleanliness everything sucked about the place. only good thing was staff was humble and caring.
