Mixed Experience
I had a generally good experience, thanks to the helpful staff and decent food. However, there were some significant issues that need attention:
- *Slow Food Delivery*: Food delivery was consistently late, often requiring multiple reminders. To get food on time, it's best to order well in advance.
- *Order Accuracy*: There were mistakes with orders, such as receiving milk with sugar when requested without.
- *Amenities*: Requesting amenities like a bathmat took a long time and multiple reminders.
- *WiFi Issues*: WiFi wasn't working on the 10th, and my calls for assistance went unanswered, which was concerning given my work urgency.
- *Post-Checkout Call*: I received a call at 11 pm after checking out, asking about food payment, which felt unusual.
- *Bathroom Issues*: The bathroom had a foul smell, making it uncomfortable to use.
On the positive side:
- *Helpful Staff*: The staff were generally helpful.
- *Water Pressure*: The water pressure was good, and the instant geyser was convenient.
Overall, while the staff were helpful, the service and amenities need improvement to ensure a smoother stay.
