Very poor hotel according this room charges are extra and ac also was not working properly we informed many times care room staff but they also didn’t help before check-in we called room owner for early check-in and late check-out he said i wont take extra but when we reached he took extra money for early check-in and took more then per day room cost extra amount for check-out

The stay was good me and my wife had a great day there were no restrictions and it was in an easily accessible place with a lot of food spots we never had any problems

Cleanliness can be improved, smelly room, no bottled water, stained bedsheet & towel, no proper parking facility, no proper receptionist, the only advantage is the location. Overall experience is average can be improved

It was a terrible place. Not clean, even bathtowels and bedsheets were stinky. bathroom was also not clean .

Hot water geyser not available in bathroom for ac rooms. They gave kettle and with that we managed. 2 lizards were moving around the room. In the bathroom there was a leakage from the roof over which 3rd floor room bathroom is located. Lift is not available. Hence found it tiresome. No kitchen and no provision to get atleast coffee or tea thro room service. Not a single chair for visitor in the reception area which itself is a small cubicle for one person. One positive point is that they allowed to keep our luggages in the car shed after our check out without any charges. Location is near info park, kochi and 2 good vegetararian restaurants are nearby apart from other mixed restaurants. Suitable for official low budget travel for those who are having work near info park
