Property as well as its location both are awesome. The breakfast & dinner buffet is too good. Food is delicious. Beas river flows at the backside. With 90+ rooms, the hotel is actually quite big. There is a very big lawn with wide variety of flowers & artificial waterfalls. You can have a common bonfire with live music (old songs) daily evening. If you are a group, you can pay & arrange for a private bonfire. The rooms seem to be slightly overpriced depending on your luck about demand of the room. You actually feel that you have come at a premium place & its worth it. We spent two nights in a premier room & 1 night in a suite room. Experience was awesome. The staff showed me that snowfall happened in jean this year so it can be tried as well. Simply put a 5 stars experience.

Loved the stay at mastiff grand. Good ambience, great staff and turned out to be a pocket friendly deal. They have amazing, well maintained, huge lawns which is very relaxing and provide amazing views. Being a river side property is a huge plus. Ample parking space. Staff is polite, courteous and willing to help. Food is delicious and buffets had a good variety of options. Spa is available, however did not avail its facilities. Other aspects to be considered - location - 4 to 5 kms from bus stand and centre of manali. If you are heading towards atal tunnel and rohtang pass, the travel time increases by an hr due to traffic. Games for kids - they have chess and carrom. Saw volleyball court as well. Do provide racquets for badminton and cricket bats. However, did miss tt and pool table. Request to the management to add these amenities. Overall amazing place to stay. Will come back again.

Good hotel with all needed amenities. Excellent point point was their quick responses on dinning and house keeping services. Food is tasty and reasonable price. Also they arrange events most of the days like special evening on campfire, happy hrs etc.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hotel staff is very good and cooperative. Swift check in process. Very good room. Room service was quick. Buffet is awesome. Many guests checked in very late at 2230 hours due to traffic issues but we were served with buffet meals, and this is really appreciated. Rooms have central heater cum air-conditioning which makes stay very comfortable. Highly recommended hotel considering the vicinity and proximity to nearby locations. Compared to other 4 star properties this hotel is well located on main road and riverside.

I stayed here for a day with my friends at duplex room. The room interior was awesome and convenient. The location of the hotel was awesome on the banks of the river beas on one side and on the highway otherside! the staffs are kind and inviting. Ready to extend their service all the time. The buffet breakfast spread was quite decent. Had live counters too on request.

I had a great stay at mastiff. They served very good breakfast and the service was really good. The location is breathtaking and rooms are of decent size. Travel desk of mr. Iqbal was very courteous. Hotel is just before manali and hence out of the crowd.
