First of all we were greeted by a rude receptionist who refused to check us in even after showing pure paid confirm booking. On standing outside for 1 hour and after several requests at 0430 hours in morning at an unknown place we were awarded a dirty room, unhygienic toilet and no drinking water was provided even after request.

Very poor facility

No cleaned bathrooms, flush is not working, no wifi, dusty rooms. Poor cleaning, shower wa alaikum salam not working.
