Poor Stay
Staff was not cooperative at all, No drinking water was provided. Parking was not available. Bed was very unhygienic, very smelly. Overall a bad experience

Excellent Stay
Mavens white provide amazing hospitality. They provide promt and good service. Staff is very-well trained and understands your requirement. Breakfast provided is very delicious. Completely dafe and paisa-wasool place to stay whether you are on solo trip or with family. Loved it.

Good Stay
Need to improve billing. We stayed there for 2 days for 2 rooms. We informed reception counter to get the invoice ready but in the morning when we checked up, nothing was ready. It took almost 15-20 mins due to which we got delayed. Invoice we reached was not clear and not item wise and room wise. This billing system to be improved. AC was also not working properly. Balance are fine, location was good

Good Stay
overall my experience was brilliant and rooms were clean and hygiene, the rooms pr spacious and airy. but one thing they need to improvise is that to give complimentry mineral water bottle per day. The staff was friendly and helpful really and in room services were also good

Dirty rooms, dirty linens, they do not clean rooms before allotting to new guests. Room was filled with hairs and cigarette ashes. In toilet, previous guests left his underpants which was not removed before new chekin. This all was reported to in duty staff and he denied any help saying he doesn’t have staff.

Terrible Stay
Dear MakeMyTrip Customer Support, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a deeply unsatisfactory and concerning experience during my recent stay at a hotel booked through your platform. 1. Serious Security Breach 2. Poor Room Hygiene and Maintenance: Most rooms presented were in unacceptable condition, with unpleasant odors, stained bedsheets, and an overall lack of cleanliness and housekeeping standards. Such incidents not only created extreme discomfort but also raised serious safety concerns. I had chosen to book through MakeMyTrip with the confidence that the properties listed uphold certain quality and integrity standards. Smelly rooms and common areas
Needs lot of maintenance for it to be called a good place to stay. Only food is good on some days and rooms are spacious but even they lack space to keep clothes. Rooms and washroom smells weird, i could smell people smoking elsewhere in my room, AC was leaking water, the common area on third floor was smelling always, the room cleaning is for namesake they change to wet bedsheets. On first day they didn't even give the towels. To wrap it up, you want to save money on breakfast and stay, you can opt for short term but for long term not at all a good option

Average room with unhygienic and smelly bathroom
Rooms are dated and has some kind of foul smell all the time. Bathroom had few cockroaches. Overall not a good stay. Only positive thing is its proximity to Artemis Hospital Gurgaon.

not a good experience
They charged me for early check in even when they had the room available and they knew that I was going to be staying for two days. They could have adjusted that to take care of customers. Second thing was that the bedsheet was torn at a few places. The iron that I asked them was so old and the switch was broken.
