    Very worst room service..Room Ac not working while reporting this issue to reception..The receptionist ask one person to go and check but that guy is not even moved from his sitting place and showing some worst attitude then the receptionist ask us to go to room he will send for Ac service but time has gone we wait for 15mins room is getting hot then we went to reception to look at it still that service guy is sitting in that place too..Then we have asked to change room...Bathroom toilet is not cleaned well in that room too..Very worst experience for that big price paid

    I planned to stay for a day for a business trip. The bed and the room were comfortable but the bathroom was not clean at all. On top of this in the toiletries only a small soap and towel were provided. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste or even a basic comb. If the price had been lower, it would have been worth the stay You can get better hotels for the same price in the nearby vicinity.

    Very bad experience than never before as no proper service, no amenities like kettle, bath towel, room service, laundry etc. Were provided and even the room lock was not proper and not addressed until we checkout. Food was not up to the mark.

    This management not customer friendly, if they have options to solve the problem also they mean for money only, i never ever recommend this hotel to any one, cheep behavior they shown to me. Very bad experience learned from this people.
