Review Of Mayfield at The Mall by Live Inn

The room were okay but not good, and the staff was very rude. Also they haven’t provided any toiletries, not toothpaste was there. We traveled in December end, and in cold weather they don’t have kettles for hot water. Overall, the experience was not good as all. Only the location of the hotel was good.

Very below average experience... no hot water provided specially in winters in Mussoorie... have to ask to mop the floor.. the bathrooms are too small

Location is excellent, but they don’t have kitchen which is the most disappointing. Not even provision for tea coffee in room or in kitchen.

Good location, located at the beginning of mall road, just adjacent to picture palace but no parking space was there so i had parked in paid parking at for 12 hours rate so i paid only for parking. The rooms were cozy, had all the basic amenities, but the couch was so narrow, i couldn't sleep on it for the whole night bcoz we were 3 adults so the rest of 2 people were sleeping in bed. Some boys keep making huge noise all night besides our room so it was also not possible to sleep, still we managed. The hotel staff was quite warm, softly spoken, welcoming and helpful and they assisted me with everything i asked or requested for. The hotel doesn't have its own kitchen so they were not providing room services but still they are offering 'stay with breakfast' services at higher rates. However, when i requested them to get me food from outside, they accepted it without any hesitation.

Property is located in heart of mussorie - the mall road. Stay was quite comfyy and clean, you can totally go for this place, one thing that. Rooms are not quite, no noise cancel-ling, you can here people talk outside if they are loud enough

The stay has been very poor. Very arrogant staff and its owner. Rooms were very small and they were not clean

It was an average exp8. While booking i got the impression that the room will have enough space to accommodate three persons and was charged extra accordingly. But it was too cramped. The geyser was not working in the evening. When i complained the next morning the reception person switched it on from a central point. This is wrong. Read experience in place of exp8

Worst ever hotel. Extracting money after we reached there…. No breakfast options Pathetic rooms, no assistance in parking.

Stay was good, location is superb, near by picture palace, on mall road. Service is good. But a bit costly. Room service is good, overall good experience except a bit higher in price.

Location of hotel is best. On one side is main mall road and other side from window veer picturesque view. Room is good and staff is courteous, prompt. At-least electric kettle with tea preparation arrangement must be provided to make it more delighted. Overall excellent

The hotel is not up to the mark, rooms are too dirty and messy, car parking is also not available, not even basic facilities like electric kettle etc. Room service is taking so much time to deliver anything.

Location of the property is fine however the roo. S are very small, washrooms are very small too. For food, you have to at-least give them 1 hour of buffer time. No hand towels. Tvs don't function too. Not recommendable

Hotel mayfield is just amazing, thanks to it’s prime location, comprehensive amenities and attentive service. I would highly recommend it for a memorable and comfortable stay in the heart of mussoorie.

We had an excellent stay. The rooms were clean. Staff was very helpful. The best part of this hotel is its location. There are only 10 stairs to reach the hotel from mall road it was so convenient for my mother as no long walks are required to reach the hotel from the mall road.
