Good Stay
Good and decent enough hotel. The deluxe room is pretty good. However the washrooms are not well keep, and there’s no drainage facility in the toilet, due to which, lot of water overflows. Hygiene and cleanliness can be better. But the food is pretty good. Overall, a decent experience.

Not recommended
Except the location everything else was terrible. Firstly, no swimming pool or proper resturant is available. It is wrongly described under Make My Trip. The pool and restaurant is under maintenance since couple of months and might not be ready for another couple of months. Room service is very slow and the rooms are very untidy with cleanliness a major issue in the room and washroom. Washroom amenities are old and broken. But they have excellent cab/taxi service with nice and polite staff. Not recommended by me for anyone wanting premium accomodation with pool or good restaurant facility within the premises.

Excellent Stay
The hotel is located very close to the heart of the city, MG road. The rooms were excellent. The staff were also extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast spread was also good, but the highlight for me was the terrace cafe, where we had breakfast on a very pleasant Bangalore morning.

The staff were quite unwelcoming, over charged us for double occupancy and the rooms had cockroaches.

Average Stay
It was a good experience but the showers were not the best. The location is a little bit tricky as google maps will lead you to the opposite side of the hotel which is inconvenient.
