Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great tv and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts.

Excellent property, relaxing stay for family with highly cooperative staff. Must visit if you are exploring budget yet premium stay villa options. We will surely visit this place again with our family.

There are properties that are good and awesome and then there are ones like merit-as which set a benchmark in their class. A good self attested 3 star property that can put many 4 and 5 stars to shame. Service standards so high that you wonder how you missed this hospitality in the other properties. Outstanding staff and service - right from security and bellman to everyone you end up interacting. We stayed in the loft room and that was excellent too. There are many small things put into thought here - which you'll unconsciously experience around. Go for it - looks like merit-as has entered a space which didn't have many reliable options. And we could experience that difference.

The property is located at the heart of the lonavala. We stayed there for two days and enjoyed thoroughly. It's a perfect place for family and especially for the kids as there is a small playzone along with a swimming pool. The food is extremely good and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's a perfect place for a family holiday.

The stay was very pleasant, and i had a great time very relaxing. Its a clean place good to bis-it with family, kids parents. The staff of the resort are extremely polite, hardworking, and respectful to the guests. I am definitely looking forward to many more visits to this resort. Thank ypu team for your great work.

One of the best resort i have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the pool and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the lonavala market. It felt like a private, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the mountains from that point was mesmerising. I must say the location of the resort is at best place of lonavala. Our stay at the hotel was just for one day one night. Excellent hospitality. Thanks to all staff & mm t team

It was too good. Rooms were too clean and big enough. Nice location and family friendly. Resort is having play area as well for kids. Rooms were too nice, clean and also staff were too supportive.

1. Stay, staff and food were nice. 2. Found inferior in compared to value for me. - compare to what they are charging - service is very slow including, check in check out, room service and housekeeping. No phone drawing hall. Other rooms phone wasn't working properly. 3. Swimming pool: timings are only 9 to 7 it should be more as properties main usp is pool. Swimming pool and small pond edges are sharp and hazardous. It should be molded.

This resort was our home for two nights. We had an amazing experience with it. The staff's hospitality was appreciated. really organized rooms. There was a nice sitting area at the entryway.The food tasted lovely. The children's play area is excellent. It was an unforgettable experience.
