It was a really great stay at merit-as crystal for me and family. However, as a suggestion for improvement i would requet you to add ott network in your televison as well. Rest it was a really great stay with best staff and food facilities

The hotel is located very near to the main market on old mumbai pune highway and the resort is beauitful and very clean. Good place for family and very clean rooms and good hospitality

Wonderful and comfortable resort. Staff is polite and friendly. Food is tasty. Rooms are comfortable. Great hotel for kids. There is a game room, play area, and a swimming pool. Value for money.

One of the best resorts in the market area. The service & hospitality was nothing less than a 5 star luxury hotel. The staff sharada, alok, archana, yuvaraj, vinod, saheeb, sagar, sunil all are so professional and good at their job. I am not sure if i ever remembered so many staff names at any other resorts. The rooms were clean and spacious. The food was tasty and the buffet spread was good.

I recently stayed at merit-as crystal resort in lonavala. While the overall experience was pleasant, i did encounter an issue with the bathroom water being fully contaminated during my stay. However, i must commend the team for their exceptional service. They were very prompt in addressing the issue and ensured it was resolved as quickly as possible, which speaks volumes about their dedication to guest satisfaction. Specially thank you to miss archana and miss shraddha. The resort has a wonderful ambiance, great amenities, and a very courteous staff, making it an excellent getaway destination. Suggestion: to further enhance the guest experience, i would recommend regular checks and maintenance of the water systems to avoid such issues in the future. This small step would add immense value to an otherwise fantastic stay. Thank you to the entire team for making the experience better despite the hiccup. I look forward to visiting again!

It was a great experience to stay, the premium suit was top notch. I really enjoyed my stay with my wife. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends. Jacuzzi was great. Food was excellent. Ambience was too good.

Resort is very well maintained and spacious, has a nice pool and gaming zone. Food was awesome in terms of taste and quantity as well. Overall a very nice and comfortable stay we had. Room service was fast. Room hygiene can be better. Rest all is very nice, worth staying

Hotel staff was really good and polite, they gave us the early check in. Rooms were also nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Bathroom also clean and hygienic. Pool is smaller and just have 4. 5 feet deep. Inhouse game was good. Breakfast was really good with lot of options. Apart from the bf we also had a dinner in the restaurant and it was really nice. Location wise it’s around 15 mins walk to the centre or else you will also get the auto easily from the main road. They charge 20rs per person. Overall really good experience.

Property location good, almost on main road, 1. 5 km from main market. Food excellent, lot of varieties in breakfast, very tasty and delicious. Swimming pool, gaming zone available. Services fast and greet with smile. Staff cooperative and well behaved.
