I have came here for the treatment of my son, booked this hotel through MMT hotel rooms are very clean and hygiene.Owner is very kind and gentle person, staff is good speaks hindi,English and tamil languages.hotel is still under construction so no kitchen is available in hotel.i every time rely on online food delivery apps. Location wise I found little bit difficulty to reach there. My overall experience is good.i love to visit again here just because of owner behaviour.

lots of stains in blanket, bathroom smell all over the room,no bathroom towels and other amanitis. and unsupportive staff.. i will never ever recommend to anyone..

my stay
I had booked a room at Hotel Metro Residency in Chennai for 2 days, but since my work finished early, I checked out within a day. Despite this, the hotel staff was extremely supportive and cooperative throughout my stay. The multilingual staff were very polite, helpful, and professional, making my experience smooth and comfortable. A special mention to the owner – he was truly awesome, very approachable, and went out of his way to assist me. This kind of hospitality is rare to find, and I truly appreciate it. Though my stay was short, it was very pleasant, and I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Chennai. Highly recommended!

it's a very comfortable and good stay. clean rooms and toilet. worth the money. staffs really helpful and even allowed 2 hours early checkin. the only issue was the water from tap had some bad smell and taste

Average Stay
The location of the property is not mentioned properly it is too inside from the road. To access the property it will not be easy and the parking facility is not provided, inside the bathroom water does not come sometime, Air conditioner water leakage at midnight allocated room full of water. Worst experience, totally disappointed

Dear Venkatesh, All our guests are forwarded the Google PIN by the concerned OTA. We are just behind LIC metro Station. Water clogging in AC was rectified by the Daikin people same day as it is under contract. Thank you for the feedback which we immediately acted up so that next day guests get a peaceful stay. There are nearby Hotels with parking facility @ 3300 + GST per night, we are passing on those charges as discount to all guests. Anyone who is reading this review and reply pls make sure to read what is on offer and what is not and what is that you are paying for. We have NOT listed car parking in our Amenities section. as per gps Location I found easily and peaceful area all type of food court available 🚶♀️ distance. hotel management and staff are so good provide good service.

Thanks Badusha, New Chairs are made available . Sometimes guests are returning out of the room as not required and some want without hands to rest. Hence Depends on case to case. Nest time you are here hopefully you can also check ZAITOON and PALM Jumeira restaurants and also the nearby Express avenue mall at walkable distance and its FOOD courts for more variety and international cuisine. The hotel is located in a prime location off mount road. The rooms are compact and clean and all basic amenities are available for a comfortable stay.

Hi ,The same days of your stay we have been rated TWO 5 stars and ONE 4 stars French and German couples !!! and we are working with all major OTAs. There is of course a New lift as we are only 3 months new. :) Water is 100% rain water supplied 24/7. Back up Generators. We are not sure why such a review. Anyways we respect customer's views. You are welcome. We are in the Heart of city just walkable to LIC metro station and near to Express avenue mall .We understand that out of 100 customers 1 is bound to feel and give ratings as per their personal views. The hotel room is very neat and as per my expectations. The location seems to be a bit interior and hence found it difficult for the zomato guy to deliver food in the wee hours last night.
