It was good location. The staff was very, gentle, respect ful, helpful and polite. Neat and clean space with good taste of food. Checking and checking out was quite easy.

A 5 star hotel luxurious stay in a 3 star hotel

Had a very comfortable stay from checkin till checkout. The room was very neat and proper. Everything was in place. Food was good. Staff behaviour was very polite, professional and responsible. I usually stay at 5 star hotel like itc welcom hotel, lemon tree hotel etc, but i would recommend this one as i stayed here and found it equivalent to a 5 star hotel at a cheaper price. The manager was a very good person and a very helpful one too. This is the only hotel that i found to give a 5 star feel.

The hotel staff are very cooperative and the food is very good. Hotel rooms are spacious and clean. One suggestion is a two seater sofa can be put in so that seating space will be sufficient.

Good staff hygienic rooms best service and a good property lovely decor and ambience the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made my stay comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and i appreciated the attention to detail in the room's decor. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping everything tidy.

The location was very good and easily reachable, nice room decor, clean and hygiene rooms and toilet, nice beds, study table, toilet, good and pleasant room air, friendly and helpful staff, balcony view was also good, price was reasonable. Our overall experience was very good.
