My stay at minerva for 1 night was great. The check in team was very courteous and accommodated my early check in request. The breakfast spread was great with indian and some continental options. I used the hotel taxi option twice and had wonderful drivers. I was really pleased with both. My only knock would be the room phone did not work. So i had to go down to talk to the front desk. But it was no big deal. I would definitely stay here if i visit tirupati again

Very plea-sent stay. Staff received well. They are very polite and co-operative. The restaurant is very well maintained and hygienic. Overall great experience.

Our stay is fine. I expected a view of the tirumala hills to justify the price. Food and the cafe employees are very good and courteous. I cannot say the same way with the front desk people.

Location is very prompt to go and visit other places food and amenities are fantastic it would be more efficient if tried to hold rooms for early check in for the people who arrive early hours before 5:30
