जो रूम बुक किया था। उस कमरे मे गीजर नही था। जबकि जब कमरा बुक किया था तो उसमें सभी सुविधाएं उपलब्ध होने का दावा किया गया था। बच्चे ने उल्टी की तो क्लीनिंग के 200 रुपये वसूले गए।

Geyser was perfect. Bed sheet and blanket were clean but the room walls were dirty. Rooms were kind of suffocated. Only 1 star for the hotel from my experience.

Hotel is in a dilapidated condition. Does not have clean bed-sheets, pillows or blankets. I booked for my family with breakfast inclusive option but was charged for my child's breakfast and even the tea given during breakfast was paid. The hotel expects you to not use their towels as it charges extra for dry cleaning the towels once you have used them. A shoddy hotel trying its best to loot customers and providing mediocre service at exorbitant prices. Would not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

It was nice stay. Staff was polite and friendly. Parking was bit constraint otherwise location is good in the market.
