The hotel staffs all are very helpful, polite, informative. Hotel rooms are neat and have got sufficient space for 3 adults. Stay location is right in the middle of the town. We had taken non-ac executive rooms and we didn't feel any hotness inside the room. We didn't find any difficulty from them. I liked the hospitality of the receptionist very much. Even we got late for check out, they didn't ask anything extra instead they asked us to come peacefully and you can take your time to reach back at the hotel. I recommend this hotel in sulthan bathery town.

We checked in the evening and the receptionist mr abhijith was very cordial. He guided us well and we had a nice time in wynad.

I have with my family for four days and enjoyed. Roos are clean, but restricted dimension. Worth for money. Suitable location for families. Every things are very close and accessible. This is my second stay. Again i am planning for wyanad trip with daughters family with stay in mintflower restaurant y. I strongly recommend for families for safe and comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel is just great, bus station, mall, pharmacy, bike rentals, etc are within 1km radius of the hotel. There is ample parking space underground as well. The rooms are good with a tv, mirror, table, chair, electric kettles, etc. The staff there is very friendly and super. I would stay there again.

A very pleasant stay at the heart of bathery city and very good reception staff. The in-house restaurant too is exceptional. The only thing we missed was the breakfast buffet that was available there the last time we were there.
