The hotel is good and the food tastes yummy. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The service provided was excellent and was beyond our expectation. The staff is very friendly, cooperative and helpful. If we talk about the cleanliness, it was super.

Awesome. Best redefined. Best performance. Etiquettes are best. Parrots tweeting around, sparrows tweeting around. Best of the best. Mist around you and cottage. Could not be better than this.

The view from this place is too good. If you are a couple you can fully enjoy the stay over here. Renaming things are not that important if you want to spend best time with your spouse. Though it is a bit distant from Munnar, it was okay for us as we have hired a car throughout our trip. However there is nothing as such to see in Munnar if you really want to enjoy the hill station.

The hotel is around 23 kms away from the town and climate was not the same as in Munnar. Takes a lot of time to reach the visiting sites. Must improve on cleanliness and amenities in the room. Hospitality is one thing to look forward. Food is good.

Facilities were not good. The location is amazing. It may take another year to become fully functional. They did not even provide drinking water. Hospitality was not good. Will visit the place later once the facilities are fully available.

Food was OK. Staff behavior was good. Cleanliness was not good. Bedding, Towels had stains. Just Rooms were nothing else amenities wise. Distance from Munnar town is 24 KMs, take almost an hour. Though view is little scenic but nowhere up to the Munnar standards. This was my 8th visit to Munnar and this was much below my expectations. Even climate is hotter than Munnar town and nearby places. Parking is very steep. You will definitely burn your clutch and tires while taking the car out. Not well planned. Out of my 8 stays in Munnar, I will rank it at 5th.

It will be my 1st trip to Kerala. Happy with the location but the quality of services need to improve. It will be great place for the honeymoon couples, great natural views. I must say it's great place only service need to improve for catering services.

Location was remote and away from city. No other facilities apart from stay. Room were not clean smelling bad. Food was served in room only no cafeteria or restaurant but food taste was good.

I had stayed here for three nights with my family and friends. The rooms quality is very poor. Rooms are untidy. You can see so many insects roaming around. Bathroom is so dirty and the door lock is half broken. Coming to the food quality. I don't even know if there is any rating than worse. Just to give you an Idea first day I ordered snack item chicken 65 and they delivered me chicken fry and I was so surprised that very next day they asked me how was the snack item.

A very worst hotel. It is far away from town. It is 28kms from the main Munnar. No hot water available. We felt like cheated. Once we get in the hotel we feel like trapped in as no taxi is available. It was totally a flop show at Munnar as we could not utilise the evening time for sightseeing as taxi could not be arranged by the hotel manager. On next day we only managed to see 3 spots while going to Kodaikanal that too after paying exorbitant price for the taxi arranged by the hotel manager.

Room not allotted. Change the cottage with low rent. Not happy with service.. Allotted room also not good but okay category.. I am not recommended for this hotel to anybody. I paid amount including breakfast but allotted hotel asking money for breakfast

Please don't give this resort. First its too far from munnar approx 26 km second food for veg is very poor and third no cleanliness at all. Worst resort to stay. I will not advice anybody to go there its doesn't matter how cheap it is you will spoil your holidays.

Very bad, they provide a room beside store room for 1 day. Even customer executives did not responded at that time. He received call first time, after complaint he is not responding. I am hopeless. But am sharing this feedback privately. Please try to improve the service.
