Misty woods resort is located in yevakapadi inside coffee plantation estate. It gives you an amazing feeling of being in the lap of nature, away from the hustle bustle of the cities. But at the same time the resort is absolutely safe. The stay is super friendly and just a few minutes away once you call them. There isn't any danger of snakes or rodents. All in all, a safe & secure way of exploring nature!

Overall the place was pretty good The night buffet wasn't great but the breakfast was nice I loved the cottages there felt safe and the view of nature was amazing

Our stay in misty wood was really nice. The location of the resort over the hill, close to a waterfall was really awesome. Food served in the restaurant was really mouth watering. The staffs were also well mannered. The natural environment was soothing and it was needed to calm down the stressed mind. Temperature was around 19 to 26 degrees. One can have a nice time wandering in the jungle, sitting close to the waterfall. One issue is the gym, play area for children need to be maintained. Another issue is the tourist sites were distantly placed in Coorg. Most of the time gets consumed in travelling. But one can really enjoy the stay in the woods relaxing, without travelling much.

Hospitality and the place in itself is very good. Mansion house rooms are decent but a little expensive. Food was very good. They have a waterfall inside the property and some indoor games. Overall, a very good stay and recommend if you are wishing to trek Tadiyandamol.
Rooms were not quite spacious. Was clean and neat. Nice place to stay with some amenities. Good food and hospitality.

This is one of the best properties I have visited in my recent past. Pluviophile people like us who got the chance to see the torrential rains of Coorg. We were lucky to have booked our stay at the Misty Woods. The location is a pocket of a tropical rain forest. Rooms are nicely decorated and private. The buffet had choices food was tasty One suggestion for the city dwellers that this property is in a coffee plantation and has natural flora of the region. There will be insects and yes Leeches.

The location is too good. Staff is very polite, warm and courteous. I booked the Mansion house. Had good time. Stayed there for couple of nights, with my wife, on the occasion of our first anniversary. Jeep driver Ajith took us to chomakund, nice place. We trekked uphills.. Nice breeze and weather out there. He rove very well off-road. There is a private water falls in the resort. The water is very tasty and crisp. This water falls feeds into river Cauvery. Receptionists, John and Daniel are very good people. And Lokesh Manager Operations, took care that our stay is great. He arranged for camp fire and candle light dinner. Awesome memories. The food is awesome. Prepared fresh and tasted great. Would like to visit there again. Very cherishing.

One of the best resort that I have stayed in. Great location & wonderful guest service. The resort is surrounded with coffee plantation & spice garden & has its own waterfall. They have few activities which are on extra payment but are definitely worth every penny. Specially the trip to the 2nd highest peak in coorg in a 4x4 off-road gypsy or jeep. Food is too good. Special thanks to mr. Lokesh for preparing the special pork pandi curry. Absolutely awesome stay with all facilities & great service.

Please visit the resort during season time. This property is located at in deep forest & covering a water fall. The resort provides a off road jeep safari to the Thadiyandamol Hills (Don't miss this). Operational Manager Mr. Lokesh and Receptionist Joseph are really helpful and very polite to the customers. They ask feed back everyday and after every break. Ajit drives jeep very carefully and he made our trip very romantic by providing coffee at the peak point. Food is very good and hygienic and cost is low compared to Bangalore resorts.

It's a very nice resort between the forest, close to nature. One can relax and enjoy the calmness and greenery. Food is normal, tastes good but nothing special items related to Coorg cuisine. Rates are also high.

We have stayed in Misty Woods for 2 nights and resort is really wonderful in the middle of a forest and just beside a lovely waterfalls .. And the ambience is nice, the restaurant is also reasonably good ,, they were offering 2 meals with room booking that is really wonderful .. Even though bit far from the town, it is worth the money ..

Well inside the jungle, near a small waterfall. Staff are courteous and helpful. Will recommend for summer as place is bit cold in rainy reason. A lot of activities (TT, pool, badminton, trampoline, carom etc) are there, so better to go in a group. Cottages are located at little higher than restaurant, so it is a kind of trekking while moving to and from your cottage. They don't have room service for restaurant cooked items. Bonfire, cycling are closed during rainy reason.

Great location and excellent service. Staff is of great help. Guy named Muthappa is the contact person over there. He is friendly and will help you during your stay. Lots of activities over there to be done. A must recommend to Coorg travelers. You will definitely enjoy your stay.
