Review Of Mittal Gardens, Siliguri

My stay at Hotel Mittal Garden, Siliguri was quite disappointing. The room facilities were very poor and did not meet even basic expectations. There was no kettle for tea or coffee, no All Out or mosquito repellent, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance were below standard. As compared to the price charged, the facilities were not worth it at all. The room did not meet the standard expected for the price range. The management should focus on improving the quality of rooms, providing basic amenities, and ensuring better guest comfort.

Everythings good the front desk management are excellent. Food taste quality very good. House keeping very good. Suggestions; Menu needs more diverfication. Need simple,manageable business class working rooms. Fresh touch ups now and then.

Aah, The property parking is good , I had only breakfast so Breakfast is great , but the room service is not upto the point

Dirty all place, dirty bed sheets, dirty floor word drop is so dirty toilet also dirty

Nice experience. The room is neat and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The peaceful and calm environment. Nice stay. The location of the hotel is also very good. It is easily accessible from the Bagdogra airport and NJP railway station. Thank you!

The location of Mittal hotel is in the prime area of the city. The food was nice and the rooms were well ventilated and clean.

Good Food but Network Issues in Property..

Everything related to hotel is nice like the location ie Sevoke Road. The stay has plenty of parking space. Proper hygiene and cleanliness is there. Only bad thing during my 2 nights stay was that Wifi was not working. Except that all was ok. We also had our breakfast that was also very delicious.

Kettle not working! Kitchen not co operating. No proper water supply , tap , shower not working properly. Room not cleaned. It was NOT a good stay

Stay was pleasant, Room was nicely cleaned and staff behaviour was very good.
