Review Of Mohraj Heritage Stay

Poor Property, staff is not supposed

This place is near KMVN TRH Bhowali. The room was so clean. Only complaint? No toiletries—apparently they expect you to bring your own soap like some kind of hygiene pro. But hey, everything else was great. 4.5/5 because my shampoo had to take a solo trip.

The rooms were spacious and peaceful. The staff were also supportive but i think they should work on few areas in order to provide more comfortable stay for guest : 1. There was no inverter facility provided so it was difficult for us to manage as geyser, electric kettle was not working at that time. 2. Shortage of water was there every morning. 3. There should be at-least ceiling fans available in every room so that in day time when temperature rises, people can stay there comfortably. I hope if they will work on these pointers then it will be very comfortable for the guest.

The place was good. Hospitality was awesome. Behaviour of the property owner was caring and friendly. Home made food was awesome. The location is reachable from everywhere, mainly from kanchi dham and nainital. Overall i am very much happy, satisfied and lucky to find and get this homestay. My journey became happier. I will visit again.

The rooms are spacious, the lobby room had a fire place. The bathroom was very clean. There was a small lawn which can gather upto 10 people for bon fire. The food was homely.
